Use latest version of prettier-eslint

prettier-atom is using a fork of prettier-eslint (@lewisl9029/prettier-eslint) that is very old although we install latest version on devDependencies.

Is there a reason why we still need to use the fork? AFAIK that prevents users using eslint v7 from using this atom plugin.
