Bug: Map cursor on New Bark Town when on S.S. Aqua

There's an unused map label for "FAST SHIP". However, if the player checks the Pokégear map on the S.S. Aqua, the cursor instead defaults to New Bark Town with no way to select the Fast Ship sprite on the map.
