Support not setting password for JDBC

With the new SSL support in the Presto JDBC driver (https://github.com/prestodb/presto/pull/7725), we need to not set a password when not in SSL mode. The framework currently requires a password and thus the Presto tests set it to the dummy value of na which will no longer be ignored.
