Add size limit to /v1/query endpoint in Presto UI

Test plan

Open the Presto UI. Change filters to ensure that there are more queries being displayed than the query limit to be set. Set the query limit and check that only required number of queries are displayed.

It seems we don't have the support in the API yet to support multiple filters so we need to get that in first before we can make the UI change. Please put the PR in draft mode or close and we can come back to it later.
