[improvement] cart have dropdown feature

as far I know classic theme will not add this feature, but I think its have great benefit and improvement for customer. maybe you can considere to add this to classic rocket. I read the detail here http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-1301

It can be done quite easily with bootstrap modal feature. Simply add some css to make it appear on the side and of course js to load cart content into it.

i already use this approach for menu and facet on mobile display. i will use this for cart dropdown too
