I think i found a useless block of code

Hello every one ! I'm just wondering about the utility of this block :

I can't find any DOM element which has the js-input-delivery class in this theme, neither in the ps_ default modules. I even searched in the classic theme. Historically, this block of code was added almost in the first commits (4d1868a7), and since, it has never been modified.
