header menu not showing in small devices

1 - The header menu is not displayed on small screens. 2 - A margin or padding has appeared around the header.

Hi,

In the previous version of RocketTheme, for small devices, the header line was shared by the cart, the logo and the drop-down menu. In the new version they are in different lines.

Is there any way it works the same as in the old version?
