Add GPT integration when creating new conversations
Currently, the GPT module is only available in existing conversations. It would be great to have the robot icon/GPT option available directly when creating a new conversation, similar to how it appears in ticket responses.
@IveWe It's used to generate replies to customer emails right now. How do you envision it being used to create a new conversation, typing in the prompt area to create a message saying this or that to a customer, and having it generate the message from there?
Yes, that's right. I'm used to tools like Sider offering this kind of functionality.
What would be fantastic would be if the tool could also access the user's or even the company's conversation history. A bit like in tools such as Shortwave, Superhuman, Fyxer.ai, Jace.ai, etc.
