Summarize ticket
Is there a plan to add a "summarize ticket" option which would allows the AI to shorten and summarize a whole thread? Would be a great addition!
@PoeHaH Right now it doesn't deal with past conversations unless it's included in the customer email message, but perhaps we could look into adding an option "Summarize all messages" in the future.
There's also a setting in FreeScout to include only the last reply or all replies, which could affect it's use.
