Hi guys,

I am working on More AI integration overal. We have a chatbot and we can add a lot of knowledge to that chatbot. Multiple txt files and it uses that knowledge.

Is there a way that i could do that here? Link to a text page with all our knowledge and tell it to read that first? Or other tips?

Already uploading one file could help I think.

Or is that something I should do in OpenAI API?

And maybe something as saved reply function to add data. If these keywords are in there use this reply, if those are in there use that reply.

@joris85 Sorry for the delay. Yes we have already implemented a new Responses API option, which takes URLs and parses them to use in generated answers. I will be finalizing those changes and then updating the module later this week. I also plan on integrating with the Knowledgebase Module, and the Saved Replies module, and get those more integrated.

Sounds great man! Looking forward to those steps. Our mailbox is also full of offers and advertising.

I can imagine that labeling/moving would be great. We get so many offers from SEO specialists and stuff. So maybe a workflow AI that you van add a phrase. If it is a SEO, website, ads, App offer aad label commercial.

@joris85 Check out the workflow module, it may help with that type of thing. The AI integration we're adding is more focused on generating answers to emails, and not so much back end workflows.

Workflow can do some stuff but it would be great if you not with just words could tag mails but with understanding the content.

If this client has login issues reply xx and assign to yy, if this client is angry add tag urgent and so on (:

@joris85 Agreed, that would be awesome, and we'll look into integrating this module with the workflow, tags, and other modules as well.

I guess if that would be integrated it will be very useful for us. To help you out a bit I bought some coffees for you ;-)

And if i find a way it really helps us saving time I love to buy more :-D
