Make filters persistend

After setting filter to specific state and closing entry list, and then opening it back - filter should still be in that specific state. Optionally, user would be able to mark specific filters as persistent or not.

We have tried to mirror the Craft search as closely as possible, in this case I think you are right in that filters should persist when switching sources (with a setting to disable). Thanks for the feedback.
