ODT exports not exporting entire book

Description

ODT exports do not export in full. Upon some short testing, it seems to work on shorter books, but not on longer books.

Here's an example of of a book: https://wtcs.pressbooks.pub/pharmacology/ and the corresponding ODT file: Nursing-Pharmacology.odt which does not show all of the content (anything past chapter 2 does not print)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a book, and export into ODT
2. Check file (open in Word), and see if all of the content is stored.

Expected behavior: ODT should include all content in the file

Actual behavior: ODT file only includes the first few chapters and does not print the rest.
