Text editor resets page location upon pressing enter

Description

• In the text editor, if you press Enter at the end tag of each content type, you do not go to the next line as an enter button normally should - you end up somewhere else on the page.
  Notes:
• It makes zero difference visually - it makes the user's experience slightly more inconvenient if they are writing exclusively with HTML
• paragraphs do not seem to be affected by this
• seems to be fairly random

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into any book chapter (let's say here for convenience)
2. Go into text editor
3. Click on send tag for a content type. Press enter and notice that you are displaced.

Expected behavior: To not have the location displaced every time 'enter' is clicked

Actual behavior: Location is displaced on the text editor page when a enter is clicked next to a end tag
