Clarify formatting rules for copyright page

Currently there are rules for both license attribution text and copyright page paragraphs that are being applied to paragraphs on the copyright page (custom and automatic). This needs clarification.

Confirmed. The copyright page has styles of its own, but it's also swallowed into the styles of the license attribution section. This means both the #copyright-page and .front-matter .license-attribution p, #copyright-page .license-attribution p sections affect the display of the copyright page.

The copyright page styles should be removed from the license attributions sections so that they can be styled independently. Right now those sections of the stylesheet are ambiguous and partially redundant.
