Close TOC after stroke 'Enter'

Hello, could you add an option to close the TOC window after one stroke 'Enter' on an item, this will be much more convenient for navigating.

nnoremap <expr><enter> &ft=="qf" ? "<cr>:lcl<cr>" : (getpos(".")[2]==1 ? "i<cr><esc>": "i<cr><esc>l")

In case someone wants to have this feature now, he can use this workaround before it gets implemented in official release of vim-markdown.

There is a plugin called aerial. With this plugin, you can search the TOC by fuzzy founding. Then, you don't bother to close the TOC manually.
