settings to change nerd leader key

adding the g:NERDLeaderKey settings to change nerdcommenter default leader key 'c'

we can set in vimrc : let g:NERDLeaderKey = 'v' to use v instead of c now we can use vc to comment and vu to uncomment, etc

tell me what you think :)
