Being able to change the top text color

In the widget, one can change the text color to black or white.

However, the top text (next fetch, last fetch and reload button) is gray and can't be changed.

I should be able to change the top text color to at least:

• Gray
• Black
• White

Note: If this is accepted by the maintainer, I can give the fix a try since I am an android dev.
