Token replacement by shell instead of by OS

What problem will this solve?

Generation on windows (for gmake or codelite) doesn't mean we will use them in command batch shell. Shell provided by msys2 might be used.

What might be a solution?

Providing shell (or maybe shellsyntax) command (as we have toolset) might be an option (shell "bash").

What other alternatives have you already considered? Alternative is to not use Token replacement and do the dispatch manually
