Specifically the BZ2 and ZSTD env vars to disable the support for the repodata.json's.

Guessing this is referring to RATTLER_ZSTD and RATTLER_BZ2

Artifactory doesn't have this issue for quite a while now. I would hope that people have upgraded to artifactory long ago
