Provide a tutorial for JVM packages: Java, Kotlin, Clojure, Jython, etc. It should live at https://rattler.build/latest/tutorials/jvm/ (next to https://rattler.build/latest/tutorials/python/).

JVM packages in the wild:

• netcfg-java
• javafx-sdk
• google-java-format

There are multiple JVM it is probably a good idea for conda-forge to select one.
