Create Protocol / ScriptDatum processor

Given a ScriptDatum JSON object (containing a protocol ID and input UUID) as well as a collection of encrypted protocol JSON files, support queries for the script questions (e.g., text, trigger schedule, etc.) based on the ScriptDatum (e.g., input UUID, group UUID, etc.).
