Restore chart viewer state when page is reloaded

As an end-user of the ChartViewer, I want it to retain certain settings which I change during my interaction with the ChartViewer, such as

  • visible rectangle,
  • probe locations,
  • state of the legend panel and the navigation panel,
  • axis transformation,
  • auto-fit mode,

so that when I reload the page (or leave and then return) I would see the same settings.
