Windows Compatibility

Feature request

Tried to get this working on windows but ultimately ran into dead ends running the make files. I'm guessing windows just isn't supported yet. If anyone has gotten this to run on windows, please let me know.

Hey @TheLocalLab, correct, LoRAX only supports Linux today. Though I believe it may be possible to run on Windows using WSL, but I am not familiar enough with it to say for certain.
