Add 1D FMUs to any fluid-fluid coupling

To further showcase how FMUs can be coupled, it would be good to also include a 1D fluid-fluid coupling. This could be an extension of either #660 or #677, the compressible water hammer is probably the better fit.

Ideally, the FMUs are created in OpenModelica.
