Before that, we need to debug the mismatch in amplitude. Probably, we should change the name to make the control part more obvious. "Controlled flow around oscillating cylinder"?

Making the control part more obvious seems reasonable to me. I think your suggestion "Controlled flow.. " could also be misinterpreted, i.e., the inlet flow is controlled through a boundary condition. I would consider putting the word controller somewhere. Maybe "cylinder flow controller" or similar.
