Split PBS bidder page
Currently we keep reference to server bid adapters and javascript bid adapters separated under their specific context tabs. There is decent overlap among these lists. Also, the server one isn't as easily navigable since its a single page structure and goes to a location on a page vs JS which goes to a specified page. I'm curious if we should just combine these as their own stand alone section and have a single bid adapter reference section that is searchable and links out to a reference page?

We should break up the PBS bidders page. Whether they can share the same md files is an implementation question. The important thing is that there's a PBJS bidders page that shows only PBJS bidders, and a separate PBS bidders page that shows only PBS bidders.
Idea
- add a filter for server & client
- the pbs adapter page should look similar to pbjs page
