Build new multiformat renderer page

As a followup to https://github.com/prebid/prebid.github.io/pull/2343 which focused on the outstream scenario, we'd like to have a more general page showing the other use cases for being able to put renderers at the mediatype level.

See that docs PR and the associated code PR for details.

Suggestion is to place the new doc under the Prebid.js Features menu.
