more information on win/imp events

This came out of the developer conference and has been discussed in a PMC a month back (I apologise that it has taken so long to create the issue).

The request is to add more information to the win/imp events. At the moment there is an assumption that the auction id from the win event can be used to look up auction information - many hosting companies do not record all auction information die to cost implications, and the extra join is always going to be expensive.

So, please can we add an opt-in feature to include additional information in the win/imp events to avoid the dependency on auction data.
