ad is not rendering properly

I am using multi-size adunit's. When the Prebid SDK returns "prebidDemandFetchSuccess", the ad is not rendering at all. There are no issues with other responses or when the Prebid SDK is closed.

To Reproduce 1 - Install the SDKs using the following versions: PrebidMobile (2.2.1) & PrebidMobile (2.2.0); Google-Mobile-Ads-SDK 11.3.0 & 10.14.0. 2 - Follow the documentation for integration 3 - Run. When sdk returns "prebidDemandFetchSuccess", most of the ads not rendering.

Expected behavior Ads should be render in any case.
