Adding regression to the release steps.

  1. Run the autotests to make sure no regressions have occurred and fix any present.
  2. Add running the autotests as a step to the release steps documentation

@YuriyVelichkoPI suggested to split into iOS and Android repositories and to draft scheme of tests per each project (platform).
