[DOC] Sync the SDK Config docs for iOS and Android

Motivation

The documentation for Prebid SDK contains information about how to configure the SDK itself and how to provide additional bidding information.

During the work on the SDK, we noticed that these doc pages are outdated in some cases and have inconsistent structure structure for iOS and Android.

Objectives

We need to make the following pages describing SDK configuration properties consistent and updated:

• iOS: https://docs.prebid.org/prebid-mobile/pbm-api/ios/code-integration-ios.html#setup-sdk
• Android: https://docs.prebid.org/prebid-mobile/pbm-api/android/code-integration-android.html#setup-sdk

We need to make the following pages describing Targeting parameters consistent and updated:
