[Draft] Enroll the Privacy Sandbox on Android Beta

Motivation

Get early access to Privacy Sandbox API and adopt Prebid SDK to it.

Background

According to Preparing for the Android Privacy Sandbox Beta we Prebid should fill the following forms:

1. Privacy Sandbox Account Enrollment

2. Privacy Sandbox on Android Beta Allowlist

Objectives

• Create two or three emails for the test accounts in @prebid.org. For example, [email protected] ...
• Somebody with @prebid.org account should fill out the above forms.
