Type of issue

400 error being thrown in PV9.0.0 for criteo, error is not there in PV8.52.0. I think the endpoint is not even up and running?

@FlorentDancy Any idea what the problem is as smaato throws the same error but i not sure/ no clue if its related at moment, but your prob could give me a "start point" to look at

@spormeon I just know that instead of responding with a 400 we should respond with a 204, which is the fix that I mentioned above.

I don't know why this specific case would reply with a 204 though.
