when I enter in http://0.0.0.0:8080/admin don`t display Admin panel, how use it in dev ?

I am not sure if Netlify CMS supports admin panel in dev mode.

Theoretically everything you change in admin panel submits a commit to your repo and deploys a fresh version of the site to production
