Image manipulation helpers / Instagram filters

It might be interesting for the people who can't/won't use photoshop to be able to create some photo effects. This might be relegated to the photo gallery app, but I can't see why. It might be better to create it as a helper.

Some possible effects could include:

desaturate
sepia
blur
GOTHAM

We could also use ImageMagick or other back-end manipulation programs for static effects that don't use JavaScript.
