Arbitrary watch directories

When developing a new app, it'd be nice if the daemon could watch the code directory and restart itself like Morbo. This might be weird though, so we might need to instead simply use Morbo...

Don't worry about the code directory, but do add arbitrary watch directories just in case something weird is going on.
