Plugin now has required dependency on Nuxt since v4.x - should be optional

Upgrading from pinia-plugin-persistedstate from v3.2.1 to v4.2.0 (or any version in v4.x) now requires Nuxt (@nuxt/kit) as a dependency which adds 46 additional node_module packages to a project in the process. Whilst this package itself is small as advertised, it now comes with significant baggage for projects that do not use or require Nuxt. For now we will need to stay on v3.2.1 due to this problem.

In order to avoid node_module dependency bloat, it would be good if Nuxt could be an optional dependency. Thanks.
