[Feature request] Extreme Compatibility / Compatibility Scene View - manual focus adjust

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are times while trying the 'Extreme Compatibility' or 'Compatibility Scene View' option where the left and right eye are misaligned and either focused too far or narrow, and so the 3D effect doesn't line up to work correctly. The misalignment is not effected by restarting the app or game.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a scrollbar, so users can manually adjust the focal point between both eyes

Additional context Additionally, related to scrollbars in general, it would be nice if users could use their keyboard to adjust scrollbars, once their element is focused, by small increments using the arrow keys (perhaps with shift/control step modifiers) or page up/down
