Snap turn implementation
Implements snap turn via: A modification of the camera.lua script that intercepts the right controller's thumbstick x axis, shifts the camera by altering the rotdelta.y by a snap amount under the stereo view offset hook. It then debounces the button by a 300ms delay before re-enabling it. This allows to flip the stick and get a turn, or hold the thumbstick and it'll snap in increments continuously. Tested and working on my system. Enabling is obvious in the script itself by the exposed top listed variables.
