Mod disables DLC access in RE7

When the mod is installed, I cannot access the extras in the main menu to do any dlc. This is for re7 with a reverb g2. If I do a clean install the extras menu is available, but as soon as I drop in the mod files it goes away, and removing mod files does not make it come back. Another idiosyncrasy possibly connected but I'm no longer able to connect to re.net either, the screen just tries to do a quick loading circle then nothing happens. Help would be appreciated, I'm dying to experience these, though I'm SO grateful for all your other work up till now! <3

Verify integrity of game files. I did and could do DLC.
