re2.exe not responding

I have tried both nightly and regular build. When I launch the game with the mod installed i just get the black game window. And it says not responding. Have to force it to shutdown.

SteamVR 1.22.11 Valve Index Nvidia 3090 driver 512.15

Any ideas?

Ah ok i gotta start it from steam. I get a warnign about

I can press ok and it works. But it says it will affect perfoamnce. And I do get alot of frame drops in game

  1. Disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling as pointed out here: https://github.com/praydog/REFramework/issues/147
  2. Lower your SteamVR resolution
  3. Switch to DX12
