Small text scaling in some windows after recent updates

After update to some of the recent nightly builds (Late October), text scaling inside certain windows are much smaller than they used to be. Despite what is set for the font size as well. Here is an example screenshot: https://ibb.co/hR46h7bt

This is for a 4k display. I also noticed at one point reframework ui text resolution was somehow tied to screen resolution when toggling between fullscreen and borderless window (I didn't think it used to do that either), but I wasn't able to always reproduce the issue.
