[MHWilds] VR Rendering
Describe the bug MHWilds has several rendering issues in VR currently.
- Health/Stamina don't show up
- Using any upscaler causes a vibrating image in different directions between the eyes. Setting it at native resolution (DLAA) reduces it, but doesn't eliminate it. A pd-upscaler version with this fixed would be great
- When upscaler is completely disabled, some ground terrain has one-eye bugs
- Performance is really low, possibly related to #1323

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install REFramework OpenXR
- In-Game, enable VR_AllowEngineOverlays_V2
- Adjust Upscaler settings
- Load a save game
Expected behavior Health/Stamina bars render, upscalers function without ghosting/vibration/one-eye bugs
