Support ANSI color codes

I think this issue could use more detail. The #wikimedia-dev channel uses ANSI color codes for Gerrit and Phabricator activity bot notifications. The colors look correct in the chat window (see below) but the desktop notifications don't and links surrounded with escape sequences don't auto-link. From my point of view, this issue encompasses only the following:

[ ] Allow auto-links of ANSI color coded links. [ ] Strip ANSI escape sequences from desktop notifications.

ANSI Color Codes mIRC/IRCII Color Codes

The bot you're talking about uses mIRC color codes, not ANSI color codes.
