Support adding text on all post types

I saw that you can add text on image posts (or even other types of posts). I can't find a way on doing this on PRAW, and I asked about this on r/redditdev and a redditor also said it can't be done on PRAW.
It should be possible to add text on all post types using the API of PRAW. u/Pyprohly said that it is possible by just adding the text argument for all related methods.

Haven't started on it yet. It will most likely be part of a refactor of the submit methods. In the mean time, if you or someone else are more than welcome to make an PR to add this.

Would be helpful to be able to do this through PRAW. Currently posting things from mobile manually whenever I need my bot to do this.
