Rename task to 'htmlvalidation'

Lots of things can be validated. It'd be less ambiguous, and more consistent, if this task were called 'htmlvalidation'.

+1 "validation" is something one may prefer to name a group of tasks (e.g. HTML, CSS) which each validate a specific part.
