Is there a way to add a way to shrink the pinned apps icon size?

I use this on my laptop and if I keep the size at 5 x 6 the menu takes up my whole screen. If we could change the size of the icons or even the whole menu be able to scale down for resolution that would be great.

No you can't, you can decrease the grid size if you don't want it to take the whole screen.
