I am facing this issue as well. I have installed gdrive in several Rpis. It worked perfectly fine for the first one when I proceed ahead to authenticate for the second one, I face the above mentioned error.

Perhaps checking to see if ca-certificates.crt exists in /etc/ssl/certs helps.
