Add Chocolatey to the "Installation" section in README.md

Hi. Some time ago I created a package and added it to the Chocolatey Community Repository. So gdrive can be installed on Windows by running:

choco install gdrive

I made a pull request and added Chocolatey to the "Installation" section in README.md
