Update go install command

Using the previous command I get the error:

go: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory. 'go get' is no longer supported outside a module. I just went through these same steps. I was about to submit a PR when I found @mihow already has one open.

I had to install gdrive again and I came back to this same pull request because I remembered the install directions that work for me live here.
